Between 1989 and 1994 the Royal Australian Mint released the six part 'Pride of Australia' set. The set was released to celebrate some of Australia's most iconic wildlife - the Echidna, Emu, Platypus, Squirrel Glider, Frilled Neck Lizard and Tasmanian Devil. The set was issued in gold with a two hundred dollar denomination.
