In 2012 and 2013 the Royal Australian Mint released two silver five dollar coins that focused on two of the primary constellations in the Southern Sky; Pavo and Crux. The two coins were both issued individually and feature coloured reverses and struck on imprsesive dome-shaped planchets. The designs were completed by A. Baggio and the population was limited to 10,000 for each coin.
